Thermal-Priority Parcels
Findings
Planning-oriented screening layer — not a final intervention design or permit decision. Use this when prioritising places for cooling, greening, or follow-up study.

What it shows
Residential/mixed-use GUP parcels with enough Landsat pixels where vegetation greenness < threshold AND land surface temperature > threshold (parcel fill + priority pixel count in tooltip).
Data sources
Google Earth Engine Landsat summer composite: per-parcel zonal sum of hot pixels on NamjenaGUP1_WFL1 (layer 3) residential/mixed codes (S, M, M0–M2, Mgp).
How it was prepared
Indicators are calculated from the project’s Zagreb heat, greenery, and population analyses, then drawn on planning-relevant units (neighbourhoods, districts, or parcels).
Interpretation limits
Planning-oriented screening layer — not a final intervention design or permit decision.
